In the UK the new CGI series 6 & 7 air on ITV1's Mini CITV and Sky channel, Cartoonito - consistently rating as a number 1 show. Fireman Sam also airs in Welsh on S4C and the classic series of Fireman Sam airs on Channel 5 and Cartoonito.

Awards: The Fireman Sam™ Deluxe Fire Station Playset from Character Options won 'Pre-school Toy of the Year' at the Toy Industry Awards in January 2011. Fireman Sam's Deluxe Fire Station was also in the 2010 Dream Toy Top Dozen.
Publishing: Over 27 million Fireman Sam books have been sold globally. In the UK Egmont publishes a variety of formats of Fireman Sam book titles, including paperback, board, novelty, colouring and activity.
In the UK the Fireman Sam magazine is a top 20 pre-school title with over 30 thousand copies sold each month.
Live Events: The first ever Fireman Sam Live Show 'Pontypandy Rocks' was launched in July 2010 and is touring the UK until June 2011. The tour will return to the UK in January 2012. Fireman Sam also features in 'The Little Big Club' live show which has been viewed by pre-school audiences all over the Middle East, Asia, UK and Ireland. Children also regularly enjoy meeting Sam at Butlins Holiday Park in the UK and Trabolgan in Ireland.
Home Entertainment: Over 1 million DVDs have been sold globally to date. Fireman Sam has 5 new DVDs set for release in the UK in 2011.
Consumer Products: In 2009, toy company Character Options was named master toy licensee for Fireman Sam in the UK and has since developed an award winning product line.
Digital: Fireman Sam has an iPhone app in development which will be launched in 2011. Sam also has 12 thousand Facebook fans and his website gets over 3 million global page views per month.
