What We Do
We offer innovative approaches to complex problems for young people and adults with mental disorders, severe mental illness, dementia, acquired brain injury and learning disabilities, including Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) with challenging behaviours. We deliver continuity of clinical care through a seamless step down service provided by our own clinicians in our community homes.
Over 76% of our patients progress from low secure hospitals to community step down services within 12-18 months of being placed with us, regaining self responsibility, independence and social integration.
Our ethos is based on the belief that everyone deserves a life worth living and through positive care and therapeutic intervention we can help our service users achieve goals that they may never have thought possible before.
Our Recovery Model is about helping each individual to develop new skills, self confidence, independence and self esteem that not only helps them to get their life back but builds an enhanced life with meaning as a valued member of their own community, fulfilling their potential beyond their mental illness or learning disability.
